What graphics or pictures format are acceptable?

We usually welcome most major formats such as jpeg, bmp, tiff, gif, ai, pcx, cpt. However, we prefer jpeg in resolution 200 minimum.

What embroidery files formats are available?

Please indicate file format you shall expect to receive. We can send major formats: emb, dst, exp, cnd, bdf, hus, pes, jef. Should you require other formats

How long is the turn around time?

For left chest or cap size, you should expect to receive your files back within 24 to 48 hours.

For more complicated, midsize or full back designs, please allow 3-4 days to completion.

Is there any rush service?

Yes, we do but there is NO additional rush fee. You need to indicate RUSH in your order and when you expect to receive it. We prioritize all rush requests based on first come first serve. So far we’ve fulfilled all rush requests on time as our customers have expected.

How to start placing the order?

All you need to do is fill up the order form and send us the graphics with all the information needed.
